– Thân bài: Những gì bạn đã tìm hiểu về trường, thể hiện sự quan tâm như những sự kiện nổi bật đã diễn ra tại trường, trang web,… và lý do bạn chọn ngành học tại ngôi trường này, những điểm mạnh của bản thân phù hợp với những gì họ đang tìm kiếm.
Một số lý do, động lực ứng tuyển như:
+ Lý do chủ quan: mong muốn mở mang học vấn, phát triển sự nghiệp, từ niềm đam mê, phù hợp với kiến thức và kinh nghiệm của mình, câu chuyện đã từng trải qua, lựa chọn nghiên cứu lĩnh vực này vì đây là vấn đề cấp bách, chưa được xã hội giải quyết, muốn tiếp cận tri thức nhân loại…
+ Lý do khách quan: muốn đóng góp vào nền kinh tế, giáo dục quê hương, giúp đỡ những người khó khăn,…
– Kết luận: Lời cảm ơn và có thể bày tỏ sẽ trình bày rõ hơn với một cuộc phỏng vấn với đại diện nhà trường.

Plus, it’s an uncommon and unique language, at least in Georgia, and therefore it would be definitely a good challenge and also a pride to be able to speak it.
It is quite evident that there’s so much experience to gain, especially when you’re immersed in the culture itself. Not to mention that Austria is known to have a lot of cultural festivals and operas. There’s no doubt that this summer school would be so invaluable for me and for my future endeavors.
Furthermore, I firmly believe that the curricula of the summer school will provide the fundamentals of the language, which I plan to continue to improve post-returning to Georgia.
I am confident that you will find my application as a worthwhile investment. My attendance at this summer school is a wise investment and I would highly appreciate it to be being one of the selected participants. With this letter I am applying to Master of Arts Program in Interior Design and Spatial Planning at the University of Arts in Milan, Italy.
I hold a graduate degree in Building Surveying from University of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, which I have gained in October 2023. Studying at the University of Arts in Milan, a well-known academy, will give me the opportunity to benefit from its dynamic environment which develops creative thinking, under training and supervision of the best lecturers in my field of choice. Recent methods and realistic case studies in this university can prepare me to work in the industry after graduation.
My willingness to study in construction field, started from my teenage period when I found out about my parents’ background in building related jobs. It influenced me to enter a vocational high school to study architectural drawing and to follow the same approach by taking an associate degree at Interior Design from University of Berlin in Germany. I was eager to study in a more dynamic educational system and also passionate to challenge myself by living abroad to face my weaknesses and develop my diligent characteristics. Therefore, I started my bachelor in one of the best universities in Malaysia. During my bachelor, I gained knowledge on various aspects of building and factors affecting occupants’ comfort and health.
Taking my study path in different Built Environment fields, Architectural Drawing and Building Surveying, widened my view and persuaded me to enhance my knowledge in other related fields. Following my excitement in Green Building, I carried out my thesis and internship in relation to this area that taught me important factors in green and sustainable design. In my country many of the old buildings are being replaced with modern ones as a response to the needs for new spaces with different functions which are not in harmony with the local architecture. On the other hand, not all new projects are designed with proper interior spaces. That is why, I have a strong desire to be able to apply my knowledge in designing interior spaces for both existing and new settings in my country. Maintaining the existing precious buildings, and at the same time, properly meeting the needs for any range of interior functions are highly required in Iran where there is a huge number of old and historical buildings that can be saved and used for different functions. It is enthusiastic for me to be involved in undertaking such projects.
Having in mind above stated, I perceive as essential to continue postgraduate studies in a country which is well known for its history and knowledge in design and architecture. 1. Cách mở đầu

Một trong những thắc mắc mà USTH hay nhận được nhất trong các đợt tuyển sinh trực tiếp của Nhà trường – đó chính là về bài luận bày tỏ nguyện vọng, mục đích ứng tuyển – Statement of Motivation. Đây là điểm đặc trưng trong hình thức tuyển sinh của USTH, cũng chính là yêu cầu hồ sơ mà các trường đại học uy tín trên thế giới đang áp dụng.
Độ dài bài luận: khoảng 300 từ. ( Mách nhỏ: bạn không nên viết quá lan man, chỉ cần viết ngắn gọn, súc tích, đủ ý là ổn)
Lên kế hoạch viết bài luận: Mục tiêu của hội đồng tuyển sinh USTH khi đưa ra yêu cầu viết bài luận là để đánh giá toàn diện thí sinh, đặc biệt là đam mê, động lực học tập cũng như sự nghiêm túc của bạn khi ứng tuyển vào trường và lựa chọn ngành học.

Cách Viết Cover Letter “Chuẩn” Khi Xin Việc Và Xin Học Bổng
1. Tại sao lại viết cover letter?
* Cover letter cùng với CV là phương tiện để nhà tuyển dụng dựa vào đó chọn, sàng lọc ra những ứng viên có cơ hội lọt vào vòng phỏng vấn.
* Điều quan trọng nhất của một Cover Letter là bạn phải chỉ ra rằng, vì sao công ty đó nên tuyển bạn, mà không phải người khác?
2. Các bước để viết cover letter a. Tìm hiểu thông tin
* Đầu tiên là đọc thật kĩ Job Description, xem thật kĩ những kĩ năng mà họ cần, sau đó chọn ra trong những kĩ năng đó, kĩ năng nào bạn có và bạn cảm thấy mình tốt nhất để viết vào CV.
* Thực hiện cẩn thận hai bước trên sẽ giúp ban ghi thêm điểm trong mắt nhà tuyển dụng đó
3. Vậy nên có gì trong một Cover Letter?
* Thông tin người gửi. (Tên bạn, địa chỉ, số điện thoại, email….)
* Thông tin người nhận (Tên người nhận, vị trí làm việc, email, công ty, etc.)
* Kính gửi [Name] (Dear [Name])
* Đoạn mở đầu. Đoạn mở đầu thường khá quan trọng, vì người đọc sẽ thường nhớ chi tiết đầu tiên và cuối cùng mà. Đoạn mở đầu thường có 2-3 câu, nêu lý do vì sao bạn biết đến công việc này, và trong vòng 1-2 câu vì sao bạn lại có hứng thú với công việc này hoặc vì sao bạn nghĩ rằng mình là người phù hợp nhất.
* Đoạn cuối. Đoạn này cũng như đoán đầu, nhấn mạnh lại vì sao bạn là người phù hợp nhất và vì sao bạn quan tâm đến công việc này. Ngoài ra có thêm một câu nữa nói về việc bạn muốn gặp trực tiếp nhà tuyển dụng để có cơ hội trao đổi nhiều hơn.
* Kết luận với và kí tên.

Viết ngắn gọn. Hầu hết các bài luận chỉ giới hạn khoảng 300 – 600 từ. Giới hạn đó không phải là nhiều để bạn có thể chuyển tải được thông điệp của mình đến hội đồng tuyển sinh. Tránh sử dụng những từ hoặc cụm từ thừa, rườm rà, không cần thiết.
Tránh lối viết nhàm chán. Hãy đặt vị trí của mình vào vị trí của hội đồng xét tuyển. Một người trong hội đồng một ngày có thể phải xem xét hàng trăm bộ hồ sơ và bài luận và rất nhiều bài luận trong số đó na ná như nhau. Hãy nhớ rằng bài luận giúp hội đồng tuyển sinh hiểu rõ về bạn hơn – hãy cho họ thấy rằng bạn không phải là một thí sinh nhàm chán và mờ nhạt trong nhóm đông sinh viên khác. Đừng ngại thể hiện tính cách của mình.
Đừng lặp lại quá nhiều. Hội đồng tuyển sinh sẽ biết về điểm thi hay việc bạn đạt giải piano thông qua đơn xin học của bạn. Do đó, không cần thiết phải liệt kê lại những thành tích đó trong bài luận; trừ trường hợp ngoại lệ là khi bạn chọn một thành tích và viết sâu về nó (ví dụ như miêu tả một kinh nghiệm hay trở ngại đáng nhớ mà bạn phải vượt qua để đạt được thành tích đó).
Hãy thật cụ thể. Đừng viết một cách đại khái, sử dụng một dẫn chứng cụ thể có thật sẽ hay hơn rất nhiều so với một dẫn chứng chung chung.
Tránh sử dụng ngôn từ quá hoa mĩ: Nhiều người có xu hướng sử dụng từ điển hay từ điển đồng nghĩa khi viết bài tự luận và bài luận xin học. Hãy sáng tạo – thể hiện các ý tưởng bằng từ ngữ của chính mình.
Viết đoạn kết luận thật ấn tượng. Trong khi phần mở đầu là phần đáng chú ý nhất của bài luận thì phần kết luận cũng không kém phần quan trọng. Một đoạn kết luận không phải là tổng kết lại 400 từ mình đã viết trước đó. Đoạn kết phải như một sợi dây gắn kết các ý thật chặt chẽ với nhau.
Nên viết đi viết lại vài lần: Hãy thong thả khi viết bài luận. Đó không phải là một bài thi, không có luật nào bắt buộc bạn phải viết bài luận đúng một lần. Bạn viết nháp một lần, vài ngày sau xem lại, bạn sẽ phát hiện thấy một vài điều mới cần sửa hoặc bổ sung mà trước đó bạn đã không để ý.
Kiểm tra lại bài viết: Bạn có thể sử dụng chức năng kiểm tra lỗi chính tả trên máy tính để đảm bảo rằng không có lỗi chính tả nào. Bạn có thể nhờ người khác (như bố mẹ hoặc bạn bè) đọc và góp ý cho bài viết của mình.

Người giới thiệu tự viết thì bạn vẫn có thể can thiệp vào nội dung, hướng người viết vào một số điểm như: nêu rõ quan hệ của họ với bạn (số năm quen biết, dự án làm chung, hướng dẫn…), đề cập đến khả năng trình độ ngoại ngữ, kỹ năng của bạn.

Ngoài ra để không mất nhiều thời gian cho việc đi xin chữ ký thì bạn làm một loạt LoR rồi xin chữ ký hoặc trình ký sau đó scan rồi lưu dưới dạng file ảnh, làm như vậy sẽ dễ dàng vì sau này viết LoR chỉ việc chèn chữ ký vào file word rồi chuyển sang pdf và nộp.

In sophomore year, William noticed that the college planning seminars students attended included little information for first generation or immigrant students. Always thinking about how institutions can better serve people, William spoke with counselors and ESL teachers about his ideas to better support all students. He helped collect resources and design a college planning curriculum for immigrant and undocumented students to enhance their college access. He further helped organize a group that connected ESL students with native English speakers, stating his mission to be helping ELLs improve their English and increasing multicultural awareness and social cohesion at the school as a whole. William identified a need and worked with students and faculty alike to meet it in an extremely effective and beneficial way. Ever the history scholar, he did plenty of research to back up his ideas.

He stayed after school for extra help, got extra tutoring at the nearby college, and asked questions in and out of class. Due to all his hard work, Joe not only raised his grades, but he also inspired some of his classmates to stay after for extra help, as well. Joe truly demonstrated a growth mindset, and he inspired his peers to adopt that valuable perspective, too. Joe helped contribute to our classroom environment as one where all students can feel supported and able to ask questions.
Joe’s strong belief in his ability to acquire new skills and improve through practice was likely shaped by his years as a baseball player. He’s played all through high school and is one of the team’s most valuable players. In his final for our class, Joe designed an impressive project calculating and analyzing batting averages. While he initially described himself as not a math person, Joe reaped the benefits of his tremendous effort and found a way to make the subject come alive for him in a way that he was personally invested in. As a teacher, it is incredibly fulfilling to witness a student make this kind of academic and personal progress.
Joe is a trustworthy, reliable, good-humored student and friend who supports others in and out of the classroom.
